Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Minimum Order $250 minimum opening order. $100 minimum reorder.

Shipping All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please see the following for shipping & handling costs:

Payment All orders must be prepaid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) or check.
We are unable to extend credit at this time. There will be a $30 service fee assessed for all returned checks.

Returns We inspect each item carefully before it leaves our studio. Due to the
unique nature of each handcrafted item, returns will only be accepted for
defective merchandise or merchandise damaged during shipping. Returns
must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

Prices All prices are wholesale and are subject to change without notice. For a
current price listing, please contact our studio.

Production All items are handmade to order. We keep little stock on hand and
generally create each item upon receipt. We recommend placing your holiday order 4-6 weeks before you need it.
In the event that you have a special occasion, please let us know and we
will do everything we can to expedite your order so you receive it in time.
