we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once we have shipped your order. we will help you file a claim with the post office in the unlikely event this happens.
international shipping: please keep in mind that even with priority mail shipping it can take 1-6 weeks for delivery and we are not responsible for items that are held up in customs.
because your order is handmade, we donāt issue refunds for product unless it is defective or damaged in shipping. we want you to be happy, so we will gladly exchange your purchase within 10 days of receipt. custom orders are not exchangeable.
