Shipping and Returns
All our orders ship via USPS mail and you will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
First class shipping is $3, and priority mail shipping is $9. International shipping is $40. Orders over $50 that ship to an address in the US ship free!
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once we have shipped your order. We will help you file a claim with the post office in the unlikely event this happens.
International shipping: please keep in mind that even with priority mail shipping it can take 1-6 weeks for delivery and we are not responsible for items that are held up in customs. We also are not responsible for any tariffs incurred.
Because your order is handmade, we don't issue refunds for product unless it is defective or damaged in shipping. We want you to be happy, so we will glady exchange your purchase within 10 days of receipt. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.
